The Story of an Entrepreneur...

     While my aspiration to drive the sustainable development of Central Vietnam remains steadfast, having weathered the many ebbs and flows of a businessman’s life, I have come to realize that success is no longer measured solely by growth figures or endless expansion. After years of “battling” in the marketplace, amidst the hustle and bustle of a rapidly transforming region, I felt my soul occasionally left behind in the race.

     I suddenly grasped a simple truth: to go far and stay firm, one needs an inner anchor. “Prajna” – Wisdom – came to me not as a distant religious concept, but as a mindful awakening in everyday life. It is the wisdom to see through the noise, knowing that all restlessness eventually returns to stillness, and all prosperity requires deep-seated roots.

     I founded Prajna Vegetarian Restaurant not merely to launch another plant-based brand. I created it to cultivate a space for “quietude” – a sanctuary where, amidst the weight of livelihoods or grand business schemes, guests can rediscover their truest presence. Here, every dish is a connection to our Central Vietnamese motherland, and every corner is a prompt to breathe slower.

     The true essence of Prajna is to offer a place for self-reflection—to truly “see and know.” From that stillness, every entrepreneur and every guest can find the strength, peace, and wisdom to continue contributing to this resilient land. For I believe that only when we are internally grounded and awakened can we create truly sustainable value for the future.

     With over 20 years spent in the roaring heat of international kitchens, leading culinary operations under the most rigorous standards, I was once obsessed with conquering the peaks of global flavors. Yet, beyond all the accolades, a call from deep within my soul kept beckoning me home—a call from Mother Vietnam, where every leaf of green and every grain of bean pulses with a miraculous life force.

    To me, the future of cuisine lies not in flamboyant techniques or elaborate displays, but in a return to original values: Green Cuisine. We are blessed that Vietnam is endowed with a plant ecosystem so rich and nourishing. I believe that every tuber, every sprig of herb, or every lotus seed deserves to be honored as a masterpiece on the dining table.

     I have chosen to pioneer this journey not to force a change in habits, but to awaken a new kind of love—a love for pure, wholesome meals where plants become the powerful main protagonists. I sow these ideas and this passion into every menu I design and every soulful recipe I craft for the Prajina kitchen.

Just as the earth and sky tirelessly create and sustain all life, we hope that when the time is right and conditions align, Prajina will emerge as Vietnam’s leading vegetarian brand—defined by Culture, Wisdom, and Humanity.

Our vision is to cultivate a Creative Vietnamese Plant-Based Ecosystem that resonates globally, seamlessly weaving together culture, tourism, wellness, and education. This journey will unfold through our chain of Prajina Vegetarian restaurants in major cities and tourism hubs, both locally and internationally. Looking further, we envision “Prajina Cultural Dining Space”—a sanctuary blending fine cuisine, tea ceremonies, meditation, and indigenous culture—alongside many other soulful ventures in the future.
